Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, all sales are considered final. LILIEN does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed. Customers are strongly advised to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances: If an item is not delivered due to our error; If the product received is materially defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. If a claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
